At PetyGadgets, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
We offer a 30-day return period for eligible products, subject to the conditions below.
Nothing in this policy is intended to remove or restrict any mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

2. Return Conditions
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, returned products should:

Products returned without the required components may not qualify for a full refund where permitted by law.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except where applicable law requires otherwise or where the return is due to our error, such as sending the wrong product.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item.
PetyGadgets is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged while being shipped back to us unless required by applicable law.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from the product you ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at:

5. Refunds
Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, we will determine whether the refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will normally be issued to the original payment method where possible.
The time required for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your payment provider or financial institution.
6. Partial Refunds
Where permitted by applicable law, a partial refund may be considered if an item is returned in a condition that reduces its value because of handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product.
This does not affect mandatory statutory rights.
7. Non-Returnable Products
Certain products may not be eligible for return because of their nature, hygiene considerations, customization, or applicable legal restrictions.
Where a product is excluded from our voluntary 30-day return policy, the exclusion will be indicated on the relevant product page or before purchase where reasonably possible.
Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
8. Exchanges

Depending on product availability, we may offer an exchange or ask you to return the original product and place a new order.
9. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
If an order can be cancelled, we will arrange an appropriate refund.
10. International Returns
Customers returning products from outside Morocco are responsible for applicable return shipping costs and any charges associated with sending the package back, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Customers should follow our return instructions carefully to avoid unnecessary customs or delivery issues.
11. Statutory Rights
This policy is in addition to, and does not replace, any mandatory rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.
